What you will do

• Design and implement high-performance systems using Elixir and Phoenix for the Document Engine and Web Services API.
• Build and maintain scalable, declarative infrastructure using Terraform, Terramate, and FluxCD.
• Collaborate with a remote-first engineering team to ship features and debug complex problems.
• Take ownership of system architecture, tools, and services to drive product development.
• Participate in periodic in-person team meetings for alignment and reflection.

Requirements

• Experience in backend services and distributed systems.
• Strong coding proficiency (experience with Elixir is a plus, but not required).
• Ability to balance architectural perfection with practical delivery.
• Strong communication skills and openness to providing and receiving honest feedback.
• Must be based in Poland
