What you will do

• Develop and maintain the core web platform using Elixir, Phoenix, and LiveView.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to ship engaging new features.
• Lead projects and provide mentorship and guidance to other team members.
• Improve code quality by addressing technical debt and implementing automated tests.
• Optimize system performance and reduce complexity as the user base grows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of production experience with Elixir or another functional language.
• Solid understanding of OTP and experience with Phoenix and LiveView.
• Proficiency in designing and consuming APIs and working with PostgreSQL.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
• Strong commitment to automated testing and a product-driven mindset.
