What you will do

• Own end-to-end data science and product analytics strategy focusing on modeling, experimentation, and insight generation.
• Build and lead a global team spanning data science, applied ML, decision science, and product analytics.
• Oversee product analytics and scale A/B testing frameworks across 50+ product and marketing teams.
• Design and productionize predictive and prescriptive models to optimize retention, churn, and lead scoring.
• Integrate generative AI and ML into the platform to enhance personalization and user productivity.
• Partner with GTM, Finance, and Operations to quantify model impact on revenue and customer lifetime value.

Requirements

• 12+ years in data science, analytics, or ML, including 5+ years in senior leadership within SaaS or B2B2C companies.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, R, and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proven experience leading product analytics, defining instrumentation, and event taxonomies.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, causal inference, and experimental design at scale.
• Experience operationalizing models with shared feature stores and automated retraining pipelines.
• Must be based in the United States.
