What you will do

• Oversee daily operations of the Accounts Payable department and supervise the AP team.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Optimize AP processes within Yardi, ensuring proper setup, coding, and system efficiency.
• Implement and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures for accounts payable.
• Prepare and present AP reports and financial insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• At least 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience using Yardi.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and accounting standards.
• Experience in real estate or property management industries is highly preferred.
