What you will do

• Manage Shopify product listings, including updates to titles, descriptions, pricing, and metadata.
• Utilize spreadsheets to audit and compare open orders between internal ERP systems and external marketplaces.
• Sync product data from Shopify to TikTok Shop and resolve any synchronization issues.
• Maintain and update tracking sheets for product releases, inventory, and pricing discrepancies.
• Perform extensive data entry, cleaning, and verification tasks to ensure data integrity.
• Provide general administrative support and adhere to established SOPs.

Requirements

• Proven experience with the Shopify admin backend.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically VLOOKUP, FILTER, IF, and CONCAT.
• Comfortability handling and analyzing large amounts of data in spreadsheets daily.
• Strong analytical thinking and pattern recognition skills.
• Experience with marketplaces such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart, or eBay is an advantage.
