Requirements

• 1–3 years of administrative or client/customer service experience.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Everett, WA.
• Experience in collections, fintech, or financial services is preferred.
• Proficiency in standard office software (Excel, Google Docs) and CRM tools.
• Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
