What you will do

• Process incoming renewable energy project applications accurately and on time.
• Review application materials and communicate with clients via phone and email.
• Coordinate the registration of state-certified systems in tracking registries.
• Assist in the new client onboarding process and explain service offerings.
• Provide solutions to client inquiries regarding account status and transactions.
• Learn and apply complex clean transportation and solar renewable energy certification rules.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF programs.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume client service environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
