Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing Customer Success team.
- Develop scalable playbooks for onboarding, implementation best practices, go-live, and adoption.
- Drive renewal strategy and expansion opportunities in partnership with Finance and Sales.
- Lead client onboarding, solution design, and integration projects in collaboration with technical teams.
- Oversee customer health and product usage trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance to advocate for customer needs and provide market feedback.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success within B2B SaaS or fintech.
- 5+ years of people management experience building and scaling post-sales or implementation teams.
- Proven track record at early-stage startups (50–200 employees).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Must be based in the US (indicated by 401k and US health insurance benefits).

- Background in lending, payroll, public sector, or data API platforms.
- Ability to use AI tools to increase productivity and implement reporting best practices.
