What you will do

• Create compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, and email creatives for marketing channels.
• Manage the end-to-end creative production process from ideation to final execution.
• Lead and coordinate a team of graphic designers and external creative consultants.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and streamline external partner collaboration.
• Analyze campaign performance to generate actionable insights and optimize creative strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role within a creative or digital marketing environment.
• Proficiency in ClickUp, Canva, and Klaviyo (or similar email marketing platforms).
• Strong skills in photo/video editing and professional copywriting for social media, emails, and blogs.
• Availability to work full-time from 9 am to 5 pm EST.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate creative teams under minimal supervision.
