What you will do
- Make outbound calls to welcome new customers and introduce additional products.
- Process inbound customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide guidance for basic billing inquiries and account questions.
- Manage daily tasks using Aloware, HelpScout, and CheckoutChamp.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Top-tier English communication and customer service skills.
- Technical setup: Computer with 4GB+ RAM, 50 Mbps internet, noise-canceling headset, and camera.
- Willingness to learn the game of golf to better connect with the audience.
