EMEA Tax Manager (Finance)

Location: Based in Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: minimum 2 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Prepare and review corporate tax, VAT/GST, and WHT returns for the EMEA region, ensuring timely payments.
• Support monthly and quarterly US GAAP provisioning, including calculations for current/deferred tax and foreign tax credits.
• Coordinate with third-party advisors and local finance teams to maintain transfer pricing documentation.
• Collaborate with Legal, Accounting, and FP&A to optimize business operations and implement strategic projects.
• Monitor and analyze changes in local tax laws and regulations to recommend appropriate business responses.
• Provide technical support for commercial transactions and restructurings across EMEA entities.

Requirements

• AITI qualified in large practice (ACA qualification is a strong advantage)
• 7+ years of experience in tax, accounting, or relevant industry
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional tax provisioning and compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or Google Suite.
• Experience with financial/tax modelling and automation.

• Experience with transfer pricing.
