What you will do

• Deliver training for chauffeurs to ensure a five-star luxury customer experience.
• Maintain and create country-specific learning initiatives and content.
• Act as the subject-matter expert and primary point of contact for chauffeur queries.
• Assess chauffeur performance against standards and provide 1:1 coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with regional peers to continuously improve service processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a specialized Training role.
• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing environments, preferably within the luxury industry.
• Proven track record of delivering training programs that meet exacting quality standards.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in London to support the in-person office culture (minimum 4 days per week in office).

Nice to have

• Experience with the Articulate 360 suite.
• Passion for and knowledge of luxury vehicle specifications.
