What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to drive brand favorability and trust.
• Create, shoot, and edit platform-native content, including Reels, Stories, and TikToks, acting as both strategist and creator.
• Build and manage an engaged community by responding to comments and DMs and fostering genuine relationships.
• Translate complex clinical information about women's health into accessible, relatable, and trustworthy content.
• Collaborate with production, creative, and editorial teams to align organic social efforts with broader brand campaigns.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, sentiment) to iterate and optimize the social calendar.

Requirements

• Experience building organic social presence from the ground up and growing loyal communities.
• Deep fluency in internet culture and the ability to spot and adapt trends before they peak.
• Proficiency in shooting and editing content on both mobile and desktop.
• Comfortable being on-camera and acting as the voice of the brand.
