What you will do

• Lead the team and manage day-to-day delivery of conventional and digital media planning for assigned clients.
• Drive strategic integrated media plans, including performance, e-commerce, search, and content.
• Act as a media consultant to clients, advising and shaping their media work and brand strategies.
• Nurture the team and develop their capabilities to deliver path-breaking media innovation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients across Media, Brand Marketing, and Advertising Development, as well as PR and Creative agencies.
• Assist senior teams in new business development initiatives and strategic projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in offline (TV, Radio, Print) and digital (Search, Social, Programmatic, Ecommerce) media planning.
• Undergraduate degree in communication, media, or business management (Master's preferred).
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
• Based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
• Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with confidence working with mid to senior-level clients.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills using PowerPoint and Excel.
