What you will do

• Lead global cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Consumer Insights, and Fragrance Creation teams.
• Develop impactful marketing strategies and fragrance concepts using expertise in Perfumery, Beauty, and Branding.
• Translate market trends and consumer insights into compelling "storysmelling" frameworks for product differentiation.
• Manage and nurture strong client relationships through direct engagement and strategic presentations.

Requirements

• English: Fluent/Advanced level required for a global environment
• Proven branding expertise with the ability to lead end-to-end strategy and execution.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and experience with luxury positioning and olfactive storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for creating visually impactful presentations.
• Solid professional experience in Perfumery, Beauty, and/or Branding.
• Location: Based in Brazil
