What you will do

• Manage affiliate marketing for blue-chip clients across APAC and China.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and large affiliate partners.
• Analyze performance metrics to provide strategic optimization recommendations.
• Recruit new publisher partners and develop regional affiliate strategies.
• Handle financial management, monitoring client budgets and spend.
• Mentor and train junior affiliate staff.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English.
• 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, including 3 years in affiliate marketing.
• Proven experience working within China and APAC markets.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present to senior clients.
