What you will do

• Liaise with brands on joint promotion opportunities and coordinate internal and external teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Support ad operations by launching, optimizing, QA'ing, and troubleshooting creative assets and rich media.
• Provide administrative support, including weekly updates and maintaining the project management system.
• Manage track insertion orders, proposals, campaign scheduling, and resolve inventory conflicts.
• Collect and QA ad tags and creative while monitoring and reconciling campaign delivery across systems.
• Analyze performance and communicate updates across departments to ensure client objectives are delivered.

Requirements

• College graduate in marketing, communication, fashion, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of marketing and project management experience, preferably in digital media within the fashion industry.
• Must be based in New York and eligible to work in the US.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight schedules and pressure.
• Basic understanding of social media advertising.
