What you will do

• Identify and develop new client opportunities within the fashion, beauty, retail, and lifestyle sectors.
• Sell full-service creative partnerships including branded content, influencer activations, and experiential events.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal Creative and Strategy teams to deliver insight-driven campaigns.
• Represent hirify.global and Hypemaker within the GBA market.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in brand partnerships, creative sales, or agency business development.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English (speaking and listening).
• Solid written English for professional communications.
• Active network within the GBA fashion, beauty, retail, and lifestyle industries.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing high-level accounts.
• Eligibility to work in Hong Kong.

• Conversational Mandarin proficiency.
