What you will do
- Manage CRM leads, analyze results, and perform systematic follow-ups.
- Execute outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell security and automation solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and distributors to understand and meet their needs.
- Coordinate sales events, demonstrations, and presentations, including lead tracking and participant feedback.
- Maintain comprehensive sales databases covering orders, payments, forecasts, and performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within IT or IoT environments.
- Based in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment.
