Salary: $90,000 – $100,000

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI use cases from discovery and prioritization to scaling and continuous evaluation.
• Rapidly prototype and test AI solutions using Copilot Studio and low-code/no-code automations to validate value.
• Define KPIs and success criteria to monitor adoption, efficiency, and realized business value.
• Manage AI governance by guiding tools through intake and approval processes in collaboration with Legal, Privacy, and IT.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, HR, and business teams to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Stay current on AI industry trends and Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities to inform the organizational AI roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or technology enablement.
• Must be currently residing in Canada and legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Familiarity with AI tools, machine learning basics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven track record of managing pilots or proof-of-concept projects, including KPI development.
• Strong ability to communicate and present evidence-based recommendations to senior management.
• University degree in Business or professional certifications in AI or digital product management.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Ability to prototype, configure, and customize Copilot Studio agents.
