What you will do

• Advocate for the user in product discussions and translate complex technical requirements into user-centric interactions.
• Manage and provide creative direction to designers, fostering a culture of feedback and high-quality craft.
• Define and maintain the design language and interaction patterns to ensure consistency and usability.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to bridge the gap between technical possibility and delightful UX.
• Establish and scale design processes, from user research and prototyping to hand-offs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring other designers.
• Experience with B2B complex systems and SaaS products is required.
• Expertise in UX research, UI design, product design development, and design systems.
• High proficiency in Figma.
• Strong ability to collaborate with development teams and work in a team environment.
