What you will do

  • Coach customers throughout their lifecycle to ensure successful business outcomes.
  • Define adoption plans and post-sales engagement strategies to establish "what good looks like."
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure customers derive maximum value from the solution.
  • Innovate internal tooling and processes to increase team efficiency.
  • Apply deep product and technical knowledge to real-world customer projects.
  • Represent hirify.global across various business partners and internal groups to drive company growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom to support the hybrid work model in London.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within SaaS, Open Source, or Infrastructure software companies.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of commercial customers using automated engagement techniques.
  • Strong understanding of complex technology environments.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A builder's mentality focused on solving complex problems for customers.
