What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the service lifecycle from installation to in-life support.
- Manage the onboarding process for large-scale customers and maintain positive long-term relationships.
- Build reporting capabilities to provide customers with insights into service deliveries and offerings.
- Plan and coordinate customer-facing projects, tracking timelines, milestones, and potential risks.
- Align internal sales operations, service delivery, and network engineering teams to deliver services on spec.
- Handle service escalations, outages, billing inquiries, and contract renewals.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of related professional experience.
- Strong understanding of IT services and IP networks.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to operate effectively within a small, agile team.
- Must be based in or able to work in Richmond, Virginia (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Project or Service Management qualifications such as Prince2 or ITIL.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
