What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the service lifecycle from installation to in-life support.
  • Manage the onboarding process for large-scale customers and maintain positive long-term relationships.
  • Build reporting capabilities to provide customers with insights into service deliveries and offerings.
  • Plan and coordinate customer-facing projects, tracking timelines, milestones, and potential risks.
  • Align internal sales operations, service delivery, and network engineering teams to deliver services on spec.
  • Handle service escalations, outages, billing inquiries, and contract renewals.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of related professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and IP networks.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to operate effectively within a small, agile team.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Richmond, Virginia (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Project or Service Management qualifications such as Prince2 or ITIL.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
