What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for custom Frappe-based SaaS development and ERPNext implementations.
• Act as the primary client contact to ensure clear communication and expectation management.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and developers to translate business needs into project plans and specifications.
• Define and monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and potential risks.
• Ensure Agile/Scrum practices are followed through sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate UAT, conduct client demos, and oversee rollout planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience specifically in Frappe/ERPNext-based projects.
• Strong understanding of ERPNext modules and Frappe app development lifecycles.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects for SaaS or ERP clients.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or GitHub Projects.

Nice to have

• ERPNext/Frappe certification.
• Prior hands-on experience in functional consulting or ERPNext configuration.
• Familiarity with SaaS concepts including multi-tenancy, billing, and subscriptions.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience leading distributed remote teams.
