What you will do

• Strategically manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Produce and repurpose high-quality B2B content focused on engagement and thought leadership.
• Ideate and script videos that align with brand messaging and target audience needs.
• Develop agile social media strategies and iterate rapidly based on data and feedback.
• Scale presence and engagement through systemic thinking and the activation of executives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for B2B companies, preferably in tech or digital services.
• A portfolio demonstrating previous campaigns, creative engagement, and the thought process behind them.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to improve results based on analytics.
• Deep familiarity with the nuances of LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Reddit.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a remote environment.

Nice to have
