What you will do

• Manage end-to-end enterprise account portfolios from onboarding to renewals and expansion.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client priorities.
• Serve as the primary owner of senior client relationships and maintain ongoing communication.
• Partner with Delivery Managers to ensure execution stability and identify expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to capture client feedback, references, and case studies.
• Maintain a forward-looking perspective on account risks and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting.
• Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills.
• Clear and structured written and verbal communication.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Experience working in an agency or services-led business environment.

• Exposure to CMS, platforms, or large-scale digital systems.
