What you will do

• Conduct primary and secondary user research to uncover insights for websites and applications.
• Execute qualitative and quantitative research methods, including ethnographic studies and market research.
• Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and business process flows to represent user needs.
• Lead usability studies and evaluate product effectiveness and ease of use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present research findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Ensure digital products meet Web Accessibility standards, specifically WCAG 2.0.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UX researcher in a results-oriented environment.
• Expertise in planning and executing both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex data and insights into actionable design recommendations.
• Strong commercial awareness to balance user needs with business goals.
• Excellent communication skills for strategic discussions with program managers and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Portfolio of previous UX research work and case studies.
• Familiarity with WordPress, its theme system, Gutenberg editor, and headless ecosystem.
• Proficiency with UX Design and Project Management tools.
• Strong understanding of interaction design and user-centered design principles.
