What you will do

• Lead and manage multiple UX projects, balancing business goals with user needs.
• Implement comprehensive user-centered design (UCD) methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to uncover valuable user insights.
• Translate research findings into innovative design concepts and interaction models.
• Collaborate closely with technology teams to ensure precise implementation of visual designs.
• Present design solutions to stakeholders, providing reasoning based on experience design principles.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in user-centered design processes.
• Expert knowledge of information architecture, navigation models, and interaction design principles.
• Proficiency with Figma and various UX research and project management tools.
• Proven experience designing websites and applications for both mobile and desktop platforms.
• Strong interpersonal communication and a persuasive presentation style.
• Ability to manage timelines and set priorities based on strategic business needs.

Nice to have

• Live production samples of previous web design work.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Gutenberg editor, headless ecosystems, and Frappe.
• Personal website or blog showcasing a professional portfolio.
• Degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
