What you will do

• Create and maintain developer-facing documentation, including installation, setup, and API references.
• Convert engineering notes and GitHub issues into structured guides and troubleshooting flows.
• Develop product storytelling, feature explainers, and value-driven messaging for launches.
• Produce industry-specific use cases and case studies highlighting product impact.
• Drive product adoption through SEO-optimized tutorials, benchmarks, and comparison articles.
• Collaborate with engineering and PM teams to test features and ensure documentation accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience writing for SaaS, developer tools, or open-source platforms.
• Proven portfolio of technical documentation and developer-friendly content.
• Proficiency with GitHub, Markdown, and versioning systems.
• Excellent command of English.
• Experience with SEO and product-led content strategies.

Nice to have

• Experience with competitor analysis and sales enablement.
• Contributions to open-source documentation or community projects.
• Active personal writing presence on a blog, Substack, or LinkedIn.
