• Collaborate with local partners to co-create programs that amplify brand presence.
• Launch creative pop-ups and demo events to bring the drone delivery experience to life for consumers.
• Build and nurture a network of passionate hirify.global advocates and community champions.
• Measure program performance and refine tactics based on data-driven results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall marketing experience.
• 2+ years of experience specifically in field, experiential, or event marketing.
• Must be based in Austin, TX.
• Proven ability to plan and execute local campaigns with measurable impact.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in tech, mobility, or logistics is a plus.
