Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 + cash incentives

What you will do

• Manage the Consumer Collecting program to drive product trial and expand the consumer base on and off campus.
• Source, hire, and lead a team of Student Marketeers using an empowerment-based leadership approach.
• Create and support local events and marketing opportunities aligned with brand values.
• Identify and collaborate with local opinion leaders in relevant sport and culture scenes.
• Develop and execute locally relevant marketing innovations based on consumer trends.
• Oversee local logistics, including product stock, warehousing, and maintenance of branded tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing experience.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing people.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the United States.
