What you will do

• Execute high-quality visual designs across marketing, growth, lifecycle, and brand initiatives.
• Produce performance marketing assets for paid social, display, email, and web, including rapid A/B variants.
• Adapt and scale brand creative across multiple formats and markets while maintaining strict consistency.
• Prepare production-ready files for digital, print, OOH, and environmental graphics.
• Partner with creative leads to evolve templates, toolkits, and production systems for scalability.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketers to execute creative efficiently.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience as a Production Designer or Visual Designer in-house or at an agency.
• Expert-level skills in layout, typography, color, and visual consistency.
• High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Deep understanding of production workflows for digital, print, and physical environments.
• Must be based in South San Francisco, California.

Nice to have

• Experience preparing files for print, OOH, and environmental production.
• Familiarity with motion, video, or 3D workflows.
• Working knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools such as Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, or Krea.
