TL;DR

Location: Hybrid across Liverpool or Sevenoaks (UK)

Salary: £37,658 - £45,216 plus £2,500 annual bonus potential

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of technically complex and high-value (multi-track) Personal Injury claims.
  • Handle litigated claims within the Haven Delegated Authority Agreement and reinsurance treaty requirements.
  • Review claims to ensure they are reserved in line with best practice and refer those exceeding authority.
  • Mitigate claims leakage and negotiate settlements at the earliest available opportunity.
  • Provide technical support, guidance, and training to less experienced claims handlers.
  • Collaborate with external providers including barristers, panel solicitors, and medical experts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Personal Injury claims handling.
  • Strong understanding of case law, statute, CPR, and Pre-Action Protocols.
  • Must be available to work Hybrid across Liverpool or Sevenoaks sites.
  • Visa: Must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa; no sponsorship provided.
  • Ability to use own initiative and take ownership of outcomes.
