What you will do

• Lead multiple large-scale or complex architectural projects through all relevant phases.
• Take accountability for overall design direction, technical quality, and budget performance.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across the full project lifecycle.
• Represent the company in client meetings, public presentations, and formal settings.
• Identify, assess, and control risks affecting the design product and project delivery.
• Collaborate with the Leadership team to address strategic and organizational challenges.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 10 to 12 years of relevant professional experience after obtaining the degree.
• Proven experience in leading complex architectural projects and managing budgets.
• Strong understanding of project delivery and stakeholder management.
• High level of professional maturity and sound decision-making skills.
