What you will do

• Contribute to conceptual and schematic design phases, providing creative input aligned with client needs.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using Revit, Archicad, or SketchUp.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including construction details and material specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants via remote communication tools like Microsoft Teams.
• Coordinate design intent with engineering, structural, and other disciplines.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of design work.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of architectural experience, specifically including multi-residential projects.
• Minimum 2 years of experience on Australian projects is essential.
• Strong proficiency in Revit; familiarity with BIM is highly advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Deep understanding of Australian construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
