What you will do

• Engage local government officials in current and target cities to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Act as an expert on autonomous drone delivery networks, covering safety, sound, privacy, and community impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on land use, permitting, and local approvals to ensure operational consistency.
• Coordinate and lead site visits and local events for government officials across multiple metros.
• Monitor local and state policy proposals and provide strategic recommendations for engagement.
• Execute routine outreach plans to elected officials and manage all follow-up inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in state or local government affairs, specifically at the intersection of public policy and innovation.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across the continental US.
• Confidence in presenting complex technologies to inspire audiences and shape public perception.
• Excellent communication, advocacy, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust quickly and authentically with diverse communities.
