What you will do

• Participate in local and global projects, contributing to the implementation of new HR initiatives.
• Support the recruitment cycle for production and technical profiles.
• Promote technical and professional development and develop annual training plans using Workday Learning.
• Manage employee lifecycle documentation and ensure all internal systems are kept up to date.

Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Power BI.
• Solid skills in AI and data analytics to derive insights for decision-making.
• Professional communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• English proficiency is required; knowledge of Spanish and French is welcome.
