What you will do

• Track and analyze supplier performance, purchase orders, and delivery timelines.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor key supply chain metrics.
• Support sourcing activities by gathering quotes and conducting supplier research.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supply issues and improve processes.
• Participate in supplier negotiations and cross-functional decision-making meetings.
• Standardize documentation to create scalable supply chain systems.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time in-person in South San Francisco or Dallas.
