What you will do

• Own the in-app merchandising strategy, including featured placements, collections, and seasonal campaigns.
• Use performance data and customer purchase behavior to inform merchandising priorities and optimizations.
• Drive initiatives to increase discovery, engagement, and average order value (AOV) within the app.
• Develop and manage a merchandising calendar aligned with product launches and marketing moments.
• Lead testing and experimentation efforts to continuously improve in-app merchandising performance.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to improve merchandising tools and workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience spanning internal and executive communications or high-stakes corporate environments.
• Ability to shape narratives and draft CEO-quality notes, distilling complexity into simple narratives.
• Strong operational rigor and ability to design repeatable systems and manage cross-functional workflows.
• Confident facilitator with a strong presence in front of executives, investors, and VIPs.
• High taste level and attention to detail to build premium, intentional brand experiences.
• Proven ability to turn complex technology into compelling narratives for senior external stakeholders.
