What you will do

• Conceptualize and launch innovative CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app, and onsite channels.
• Partner with product and marketing teams to communicate new features and value propositions to members.

• Develop and refine customer journey maps to optimize lifecycle touchpoints and interactions.
• Implement AI and machine learning tools for send-time optimization and content personalization.
• Analyze campaign performance to derive actionable insights and present regular reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally within digital products or subscription businesses.
• Deep understanding of email marketing, push notifications, in-app messaging, and retargeting best practices.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform strategic decisions.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Must be based in the United States.
