TL;DR

Head of Change – Technology Adoption (Broadcasting): Leading the delivery and adoption of technology changes across a large portfolio in Broadcast and Production environments with an accent on benefits realisation and user adoption. Focus on implementing large-scale transformational programs and driving change management maturity across the organization.

Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office in London or Salford, UK

Salary: £85,000 - £110,000

What you will do

  • Drive adoption and benefits realisation across a large portfolio of technology programmes and projects.
  • Collaborate with Programme and Project Managers to ensure change is planned, delivered, and sustained.
  • Lead and mentor a team of four Change Managers and a Project Coordinator.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to balance strategic oversight with practical delivery.
  • Provide leadership for the change management profession at the hirify.global to increase organizational maturity.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK to accommodate hybrid office attendance in London or Salford.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., ACMF, APMG, Prosci ADKAR or equivalent).
  • Experience leading initiation and implementation of large-scale transformational change programmes.
  • Strong expertise in benefits management from strategy to realisation.
  • Proven ability to influence and gain buy-in from senior leaders.

  • Understanding of changing technology and working practices within the broadcasting industry.
