Salary: $170,000 - $225,000 base + equity + tokens

What you will do

• Design, build, and deliver software to enhance the availability, scalability, and latency of the infrastructure platform.
• Operate and maintain core systems, including a high-performance in-house Kubernetes cluster running on bare metal servers.
• Develop and manage an intelligent RPC proxy to route blockchain traffic and the hirify.global RPC service for core indexing infra.
• Automate critical infrastructure workflows and service lifecycle management processes.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to production incidents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering with a strong focus on software development.
• Proficiency in Go and Python, including experience with the asyncio programming model.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and distributed storage systems like Ceph.
• Deep understanding of Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains (Polygon, Optimism, Base) and L2 scaling solutions.
• Strong experience with MongoDB, Postgres, and observability tools such as Datadog and OpenTelemetry.
• Advanced debugging and troubleshooting skills from orchestration layers down to system runtimes.

Nice to have

• Experience with frontend serverless platforms such as Vercel or Cloudflare Pages/Functions.
• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure components, including RPC nodes and IPFS.
