TL;DR

Program Manager, Revenue Enablement (Ecommerce): Designing and managing training programs and playbooks to enhance the performance of sales and account management teams with an accent on scalability and data-driven enablement. Location: Must be within commuting distance of New York City, NY, Los Angeles, CA, San Francisco, CA, or London, UK

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks for mid-market and enterprise segments, including deal frameworks and objection handling.
  • Optimize sales technology infrastructure using Gong for coaching, Salesforce for visibility, and Salesloft for outreach.
  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding programs to accelerate new hire time-to-productivity.
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) to house, deliver, and track enablement programs.
  • Act as a liaison between revenue teams, marketing, and product to translate field needs into enablement priorities.
  • Analyze program effectiveness through KPIs to identify and resolve skill gaps across the revenue team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, including both enablement and quota-carrying experience in high-growth tech.
  • Must be located within commuting distance of NYC, LA, SF, or London.
  • Expert proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., WorkRamp).
  • Proven ability to build comprehensive sales playbooks from scratch.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting or selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
