What you will do
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks for mid-market and enterprise segments, including deal frameworks and objection handling.
- Optimize sales technology infrastructure using Gong for coaching, Salesforce for visibility, and Salesloft for outreach.
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding programs to accelerate new hire time-to-productivity.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) to house, deliver, and track enablement programs.
- Act as a liaison between revenue teams, marketing, and product to translate field needs into enablement priorities.
- Analyze program effectiveness through KPIs to identify and resolve skill gaps across the revenue team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in sales, including both enablement and quota-carrying experience in high-growth tech.
- Must be located within commuting distance of NYC, LA, SF, or London.
- Expert proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., WorkRamp).
- Proven ability to build comprehensive sales playbooks from scratch.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Experience supporting or selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
