What you will do

• Architect the Enterprise Agent Fabric, including shared infrastructure, model access, and APIs for internal AI development.
• Define and establish a scalable technical architecture for AI systems and services across internal workflows.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered tools and agents based on organizational use cases.
• Establish engineering best practices, technical standards, and guidelines for model evaluation and monitoring.
• Develop reusable frameworks and components to enable other engineering teams to build AI features efficiently.
• Partner with functional leads to design AI agents for CRM and Support tools and build predictive models for operational data.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML systems, specifically integrating generative AI capabilities into applications.
• Proven experience in system architecture and platform design.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP (Azure or AWS also considered).
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM platforms, vector databases, or AI orchestration frameworks.
• Background in building internal developer platforms or shared infrastructure.
• Experience building agentic GenAI architecture for commercially successful products.
• Experience with SaaS ecosystems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or Workday.
• Familiarity with security architecture, data governance, and AI model monitoring.
