What you will do

• Direct and mentor a team of Team Leads to drive a world-class user experience.
• Conduct deep-dives into complicated T&S cases to provide guidance and resolution.
• Drive team performance metrics regarding productivity, quality, and user experience.
• Collaborate with Policy, Strategy, and Training teams to ensure compliance with new launches and policies.
• Act as a subject matter expert for day-to-day T&S operational processes and projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of overall experience, including 3+ years leading managers.
• Deep operational experience running Trust & Safety or high-volume risk operations at scale, ideally across EMEA markets.
• Proven track record of driving productivity through process design, playbooks, or automation.
• Hands-on experience with complex investigations (fraud, IP/counterfeit, content).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data dashboards.
• Experience managing and optimizing case management tools such as Zendesk.

Nice to have

• Experience working on a marketplace or two-sided platform.
• Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements for content moderation and data privacy.
• Passion for online marketplace communities.
