What you will do

• Oversee daily execution of live gaming floor and card room operations in strict accordance with approved SOPs.
• Lead and develop operational managers and department leads, ensuring consistent management standards.
• Manage the investigation, documentation, and resolution of serious operational incidents.
• Enforce performance management frameworks, disciplinary procedures, and attendance policies.
• Govern scheduling and workforce planning to ensure fair, compliant, and sound coverage.
• Ensure live gaming operations comply with gaming regulations and support official audits and inspections.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in live casino operations.
• Proven experience managing managers and department leads.
• Strong exposure to regulatory compliance and audits.
• Experience working within formal SOP governance structures.
• Must be based in or able to work from Malta
