Head of Floor Operations (iGaming)

Location: Birkirkara, Malta; hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

What you will do

• Oversee daily live gaming floor and card room operations in line with approved SOPs.
• Lead and develop operational managers and department leads while maintaining consistent management standards.
• Act as the senior escalation point for major operational, gaming floor, and card room incidents.
• Oversee incident investigations, documentation, resolution, and escalation to HR, Compliance, or Surveillance.
• Govern workforce scheduling, coverage strategies, and contingency planning.
• Support regulatory audits and inspections and escalate SOP improvement proposals through formal committees.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in live casino operations.
• Proven experience managing managers and department leads.
• Strong expertise in live casino and card room operations.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, audits, and formal SOP governance structures.
• Strong people leadership, risk management, incident management, integrity, and governance skills.
• Ability to work within structured approval and committee frameworks.
