What you will do

• Lead the development of hirify.global’s illustration system with a primary focus on 3D and strong 2D execution.
• Create high-impact illustrations for brand systems, product experiences, and physical and digital activations.
• Build and maintain illustration libraries, templates, and guidelines for consistency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate illustration seamlessly across product and marketing.
• Research creative and technological trends to keep the brand identity fresh and distinctive.
• Provide mentorship and direction for agencies, freelancers, and team members to scale the discipline.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in illustration with a clear specialization in 3D and proven 2D capabilities.
• Expertise in 3D tools (Cinema 4D preferred) and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Procreate.
• Experience creating and scaling illustration systems across brand and product environments.
• Strong conceptual thinking to translate abstract brand ideas into visual execution.
• Ability to adapt and deliver at scale within a fast-paced environment.
• Must live within commuting distance of San Francisco, New York, or Los Angeles hubs.
