What you will do

• Map the partnership landscape to identify key players and high-leverage growth opportunities.
• Build financial models to assess the impact of active and prospective partner deals.
• Support partner conversations by drafting decks, business cases, and structured proposals.
• Analyze vendor and conversion data to uncover cost optimization opportunities in payment workflows.
• Assist in the renegotiation and restructuring of existing partner contracts.
• Own work products and manage ad-hoc strategic projects across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be a first-year MBA student at a top-tier program.
• Proven track record in consulting, investment banking, VC, or business development.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling from scratch.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate clear strategic recommendations.
• High initiative and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Excellent storytelling skills to translate complex data into compelling business narratives.

Nice to have

• Professional background in payments, card tokenization, or fraud prevention.
• Experience working with complex, messy datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Prior experience in a neobank or fintech-adjacent organization.
