Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 (for Individual Contributor roles)

hirify.global provides technology to support child care providers and partners with state and local governments to modernize child care infrastructure.

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle government sales and navigate complex 12+ month sales cycles.
  • Build relationships with legislators, agency leaders, and executive administration stakeholders.
  • Lead RFP responses and manage procurement processes.
  • Develop territory strategies aligned with legislative, budget, and election cycles.
  • Define overall government sales strategy and lead high-performing public sector teams (for leadership roles).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Policy, Finance, and Implementation teams.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex sales environments.
  • Experience in business-to-government (B2G) sales, public sector partnerships, or government policy.
  • Deep understanding of procurement processes, RFP cycles, and legislative dynamics.
  • Ability to manage complex, enterprise-level sales cycles.
  • High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Must be based in the USA
