Salary: $24.04 – $28.85 per hour

What you will do

• Review potential fraud sources on a daily basis to prevent financial losses.
• Perform in-depth transaction-level reviews to assist with chargebacks and disputes.
• Discover and identify fraud trends to present opportunities for stronger mitigation.
• Communicate with customers regarding inquiries related to potential fraud.
• Investigate fraud cases and brainstorm long-term reduction solutions.
• Meet interdepartmental SLAs while ensuring a high-quality work product.

Requirements

• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• 1–5 years of experience in customer service, fraud operations, user experience, or fulfillment.
• Understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operations.
• Experience with customer-facing systems such as Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
• 4-year degree is a plus.
